Sample Submission
Submit your project requests to our sequencing laboratory using Agilent iLab. Specialized tubes and custom labels will be provided.
Nucleic Acid Isolation & Library Generation
Samples are processed via our high-throughput Promega & Hamilton robotics systems.
Library Sequencing
Microbiome sequencing is performed using the Illumina platform MiSeq & NovaSeq X sequencers.
